Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind. This is separate than your PRODUCT WARRANTY.

To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (minus credit card processing fees), your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it - - unused, with manuals, and everything which was included in the package, and in its original packaging. The item needs to be ready-to-be-sold condition. You will need to provide us with receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items need to be sent to us from any of the lower 48 states of the U.S. We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the returned merchandise we receive is missing parts or is not in new condition.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of shipping the merchandise back to us using the UPS label will be deducted when we issue your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and not following the required steps explained here will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will need documentation to submit a claim with the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at office@archerpowersolutions.com.
